Resilience is seeking a visionary Vice President, Clinical Development to own sponsor-led clinical programs in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will shape strategy, design, and execution while building a centralized Clinical Development organization and ensuring regulatory readiness across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Regulatory, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs and Market Access to translate insights into digital health solutions.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or MD/MSc degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sponsor-side clinical development experience.
• Experience leading clinical development teams across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for all sponsor studies.
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, endpoints, and interpretations.
• Ensure alignment of development approaches across oncology, gastroenterology and psychiatry.
• Build and mentor a centralized Clinical Development team.
• Ensure regulatory readiness (ICH-GCP, MDR) and inspection readiness.
