Resilience Care is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to own and lead all sponsor-led clinical development activities across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. • Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for sponsor studies across therapeutic areas.
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, protocol development, endpoints and interpretation of evidence.
• Ensure alignment of clinical development approaches across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
• Build and lead a centralized Clinical Development organization with Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and inspection readiness across sponsor-led trials.
