Resilience Healthcare L.L.C. in France seeks a Vice President, Clinical Development to own and lead all sponsor-led clinical development activities across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.

Reporting to the CMO, you will build and lead a centralized Clinical Development organization, drive end-to-end strategy, ensure regulatory readiness, and align cross-functional teams for high-quality execution.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive governance and prioritization.
• Proven leadership and experience building and scaling teams.
• Executive presence with strong scientific credibility.
• Cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, biostatistics, medical affairs, and market access.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for all sponsor-led studies.
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, protocol development, and endpoint selection.
• Ensure alignment of clinical development approaches across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
• Build, lead and mentor a Clinical Development team (Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists).
• Design standardized clinical development frameworks and harmonize documentation and governance.
• Ensure alignment with ICH-GCP, ISO 14155, MDR and regulatory standards.
• Drive inspection readiness and partner with Clinical Operations for excellence and risk management.
• Collaborate with Regulatory & Quality, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Product and Data teams.
