Resilience Care is seeking a visionary VP, Clinical Development to own and lead all sponsor-led clinical development activities across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will build a centralized development organization and drive strategy, design, and execution for trials and real-world evidence programs.

Qualifications

MD/MSc or MD/PhD degree.
Minimum 5 years of sponsor-side clinical development experience.
Proven experience building and scaling clinical development teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory and inspection requirements.
Experience working in international EU/US contexts.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for Resilience-sponsored studies across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, protocol development, endpoint selection, and interpretation of evidence.
Ensure alignment of clinical development approaches across therapeutic areas and with regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, MDR, ISO).
Build and lead a centralized Clinical Development organization with Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists.
Design standardized frameworks for clinical development and governance across the company.
Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Product and Data teams to translate clinical insights into digital solutions.
