Resilience in Paris is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Development to own and lead all sponsor-led clinical activities across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will establish strategy, design trials, and drive execution with Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

You will build scalable processes, harmonize documents and governance, ensure ICH-GCP alignment, and partner with Regulatory, Quality, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, and Market

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for all Resilience-sponsored studies.
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, endpoints, and interpretation of evidence.
• Ensure alignment across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
• Build, lead, and mentor a Clinical Development team of Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists.
• Design standardized clinical development frameworks across business units.
• Harmonize templates, governance processes, and regulatory readiness.
