Resilience is seeking a VP, Clinical Development to own and lead all sponsor-led clinical development activities across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer, build a centralized Clinical Development organization, and ensure strategic direction, design, and execution of trials with regulatory readiness.

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for sponsor-led studies.
• Provide senior leadership on study design, endpoints, and interpretation of evidence.
• Ensure alignment of approaches across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
• Lead and scale a Clinical Development team of Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists.
• Design standardized development frameworks and governance across units.
