Joss Search is recruiting on behalf of a leading international investment bank for a Senior Facilities & Operations Manager to be based in their Central Paris office. The role oversees daily operations, delivering a high-class experience for employees, visitors and clients.

You will work with Global Workplace and Corporate Services, manage health, safety, compliance, budgets, vendors, IT and facilities, and lead operational teams in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, providing world-class VIP customer service.
• Experience in fast-paced, international financial services or professional services environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian is an advantage.

Responsabilités
