JLL in Paris is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead all aspects of on-site operations for a modern, high-spec office. You will coordinate hard and soft services, financial management, and client-facing delivery with the onsite team and Senior Facilities Manager.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain strong vendor relationships to deliver exceptional workplace experiences for occupants and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a related role within a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading site-based teams across multiple service lines is essential.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates leadership and operational awareness to meet client needs.
• Supports IFM contract delivery, H&S, engineering services, compliance and sustainability.
• Maintains high client satisfaction with responsive, service-focused delivery.
• Oversees Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, HelpIn, EHS and Quality Compliance.
