Scaleway, a leading European cloud provider, seeks a Technical Account Manager to serve as the main contact for VIP clients. You will coordinate with Engineering, Products, and other teams to resolve complex issues, expand business relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement of support operations.

You will join a collaborative, international team of about 15, with onboarding and 3x8 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong customer-service skills.
• Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems and networking concepts.
• Curiosity and eagerness to work in a collaborative, international team.
• Experience or interest in Linux OS and virtualization environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for VIP clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Resolve complex technical incidents and improve support diagnostics.
• Build strong relationships to fidelise and develop business with clients.
• Participate in onboarding and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Support clients via ticketing system and phone, including on-call duties.
