Scaleway is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our cloud infrastructure team in France. You will be the technical point of contact, diagnosing incidents, guiding customers to resolution, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Proficiency in French and English is required, plus a curiosity for hardware, software, and virtualization. You will work in a hybrid setup with up to 3 days remote per week at Scaleway offices near public transport.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and English; customer-service oriented.
• Basic knowledge of hardware or software and logical problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via tickets or phone.
• Diagnose incidents and guide customers to resolution (VMs, Linux services, networks).
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product) to address complex issues.
