Scaleway is seeking a proactive Technical Support professional to join the Customer Support team in a hybrid role. You will serve as the technical point of contact for customers, analyze incidents, and guide them toward resolution across cloud infrastructure topics.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve processes. Candidates should be fluent in French and English, with a logical mindset and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and English; customer-service oriented and professional.
• Basic knowledge of hardware or software; good logical problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge within a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via tickets or phone.
• Diagnose incidents and guide customers toward resolution across compute, network, and storage issues.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to internal procedures and solutions.
• Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
