Scaleway, a Paris-based cloud provider, is expanding its Technical Account Management team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for VIP clients, blending strong communication with deep technical understanding to resolve complex incidents and strengthen strategic relationships.

The role offers hybrid work up to 3 days remote, a collaborative, international environment, and growth opportunities within the Iliad Group.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English and French communication; customer-service oriented.
• Solid knowledge of cloud ecosystems and related technologies.
• Experience with Linux-based systems, virtualization, and network concepts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve incidents quickly.
