Scaleway, a pioneer in sovereign cloud, is seeking a Customer Support engineer to understand cloud infrastructure fundamentals and guide customers through incident resolution.

Join a team of about 10, collaborating with engineering and product to improve support processes while serving a diverse international client base. Hybrid work up to 3 days remote, with offices across major cities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and English for customer service.
• Interest in technology with logical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via ticketing system or phone.
• Diagnose customer incidents and guide to resolution across compute, network, and storage.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
