Scaleway in Toulouse is expanding its Customer Support team. You will be the technical point of contact for customers, diagnosing and guiding on cloud infrastructure issues via tickets and phone. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve support practices.

• Proficiency in French and English: customer-service oriented and professional language.
• Solid interest in technology and logical thinking for troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via tickets or phone.
• Diagnose incidents and guide customers to resolution (VMs, performance, networking).
• Identify recurring issues and help improve internal processes.
