Scaleway is seeking a Customer Support specialist to join the Cloud Infrastructure team in Rennes. You will be the technical point of contact for customers, analyzing incidents and guiding resolutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Fluency in French and English, solid knowledge of Linux and virtualization, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. The role offers hybrid work up to 3 days per week and growth opportunities within Scaleway and the Iliad Group.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English and customer-service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of hardware or software and logical problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via ticketing system or phone.
• Diagnose incidents and guide customers to resolution (VMs, Linux services, storage, network).
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
