Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Education Program Manager to design, implement, and optimize educational initiatives for TikTok Shop Partners in France. You will identify knowledge gaps, develop content and workshops, and support partners through their lifecycle on TikTok Shop.

You will partner with agencies and brands, analyze performance data, and create scalable training solutions to drive partner growth and platform success. Fluency in French and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Experience in partnership development and account management.
Data-driven thinker with ability to analyze metrics to drive decisions.
Strategic mindset with curiosity about social e-commerce in France.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
French proficiency for liaising with French stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners across core functions: creative, social, production, logistics, influencer marketing.
Serve as primary liaison and owner of client relationships for partner agencies.
Support onboarding and incubation on the platform with strategic briefs, training, and consultation.
Educate partners on best practices across live strategy and performance data analysis.
Design and launch TSP incentives and engagement activities.
Identify opportunities, provide actionable briefs, and align education plans with partner journeys.
Use data to identify pain points and prioritize education initiatives.
