Job summary

TikTok is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to support TikTok Shop in France. Based in Paris, you will own a portfolio of strategic partners, onboarding and driving growth through content and social commerce.

You will design growth plans, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams, and lead initiatives to expand the beauty partner ecosystem across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of beauty market and creators ecosystem across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and GMV targets for a portfolio of strategic partners.
• Source and onboard beauty merchants in France, with onboarding solutions and growth plans.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
