Qualifications

• Degree in Business-related field completed or near completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Strong analytical skills with data/spreadsheet proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, multicultural team.
• Proactive, organized and ready to take ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify top brands and merchants for onboarding.
• Outreach and engage with potential partners as a Sales Development Representative.
• Manage pipelines, track leads, and update CRM to drive growth.
• Prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success.
• Support sellers in campaign execution and policy incentive enrollment.
• Collaborate with TikTok creators and agencies to match brands with influencers.
• Assist in preparing business review reports, offering insights to improve strategies.
• Coordinate creator seeding and product sampling initiatives for brand promotion.
• Handle daily operational tasks, proactively addressing merchant concerns and ensuring smooth workflows.
