Bigblue is hiring a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to own a portfolio of high-priority tech roles across Europe. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data and leadership to clarify needs, define must-haves, and design interview plans. Build sourcing strategies and run structured screens to improve quality and speed of hires.

The role is based in Paris with a hybrid model (2 remote days a week). Fluency in English and French is required to attract and close top technical talent across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience from intake to closing.
• Proven ability to source via direct sourcing, market mapping, and referrals.
• Experience hiring for Software, Product, Data, Infrastructure or leadership roles.
• Excellent communication with English and French-speaking stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and leadership to define needs and expectations.
• Develop sourcing strategies including direct outreach and talent pools.
• Conduct structured interviews and build robust interview plans.
• Maintain fast-moving processes with clear next steps and risk alerts.
• Improve assessment quality with scorecards and interviewer guidance.
• Use data to diagnose funnel issues and optimize efficiency.
• Lead pre-closing and closing conversations with compelling pitches.
