sunday is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end recruitment for our Tech function. You will drive full-cycle efforts from intake calls to offers, collaborating with hiring managers and the People team across France, the UK, and the US to move fast and hire the right people.

You will shape the candidate experience, build pipelines, and ensure every touchpoint feels intentional. The freelance mission starts September 2026 and is renewable based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who can build things from scratch and thrive with autonomy.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring great talent with a network in Europe and/or the United States.
• Excellent communication and people skills to pitch our vision and negotiate with candidates and managers.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong plus for local hiring.
• For freelance option: valid freelance/auto-entrepreneur status and ability to invoice independently.

Responsabilités

• Drive volume and recruitment quality across multiple sites (France, UK, US) across markets and functions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (sales, operations, tech), from drafting JD to interviewing and onboarding.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and universities to build a strong pipeline.
• Improve recruiting processes with best practices, tools, and metrics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide unbiased interviewing and selection.
• Champion candidate experience with timely communication and personal touch.
• Lay the foundation for a growing team by documenting processes and mentoring interviewers.
