Malt is Europe’s leading freelance marketplace and is scaling its Tech & Product teams. We’re looking for a Tech & Product Recruiter who will partner directly with our CTO, CPO and senior leadership to build next-gen Engineering, Data and Product teams.

You’ll hire with an engineering discipline, own high-stakes searches, design scalable processes, and help raise the talent bar. The role is hybrid with a Paris office, equity, lunch vouchers, healthcare, and Sabbatical opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition focused on Tech & Product.
• Experience leading senior and high-stakes searches.
• Data-driven approach with measurement and transparency.
• Strong collaboration with C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.
• Structured, analytical, and scalable mindset.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead hiring strategy for Tech & Product.
• Partner with VP, C-level to translate business needs into hiring plans.
• Lead complex searches (Senior, Staff, Principal, Lead, Manager).
• Build long-term pipelines in competitive markets.
• Improve hiring velocity with tools and automation.
• Provide market insights and balance speed with quality.
