Pigment, the AI-powered planning platform, is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to join the People team in Paris. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, IT & Security, balancing hands-on sourcing with coordination across stakeholders.

You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and Leadership to align priorities, improve processes, and uphold a high hiring bar. Fluency in French and English is required, with a strong emphasis on execution and stakeholder management.

• Solid Tech Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Hands-on and execution-driven, comfortable owning roles end-to-end.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to create clarity in complex environments.
• Strategic thinking paired with operational excellence in hiring.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, IT & Security teams.
• Act as a coordination lead: key contact between TA, Hiring Managers, and Leadership.
• Coach hiring managers on interview quality, best practices, and decision making.
• Drive operational excellence: identify bottlenecks, improve processes and tooling.
