Bigblue in Paris is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data and leadership to define needs, build interview plans and drive sourcing strategies in a fast-growing, international environment.

You’ll lead structured screening, stakeholder updates, and data-driven improvements while navigating a hybrid setup with two remote days per week. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, with significant ownership of technical roles in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience from intake to closing and offer management.
• Proven ability to source and engage technical talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles, from intake to interview, offer and closing.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and leadership to clarify needs and build robust interview plans.
• Build and activate high-quality sourcing strategies, including target mapping and tailored outreach.
• Run structured TA screens assessing motivation, technical trajectory, and cultural fit.
• Maintain hiring momentum with weekly funnel reviews, clear next steps, and timely feedback.
• Improve assessment quality for recurring roles by creating scorecards and interviewer guides.
• Use data to diagnose funnel issues and identify bottlenecks across stages.
• Lead pre-closing and closing conversations with clear pitches and plans.
