Job summary

Sekoia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across Technology, Product, Revenue, Threat Intelligence and Corporate functions. You will own the candidate journey end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding, while managing ATS and collaborating with hiring managers across geographies.

This hands-on role requires solid tech recruitment experience, a proactive headhunting mindset, and the ability to build international pipelines from junior to director level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, with tech industry experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and international hiring
• Strong sourcing, market mapping and headhunting capabilities
• Experience partnering with managers on scoring, assessments and strategy

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates across Tech, Product, Revenue, and Corporate functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, communities, events, referrals and AI tools.
• Build and maintain international talent pipelines from junior to director levels.
• Own the candidate journey from screening to offer, closing, onboarding and ATS management.
• Own end-to-end recruitment process and partner with hiring managers on role definitions, scorecards and communications.
• Provide market insights on talent pools, compensation benchmarks, sourcing strategies and global hiring practices.
• Strengthen Sekoia’s employer brand across careers pages, LinkedIn, and relevant communities.
• Develop partnerships with recruitment and executive search partners for international hiring.
