Spiko, a Paris-based fintech, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring for Tech & Product teams and support other functions as we scale. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, the role is hands-on, acting as a headhunter to build a sourcing engine and a standout candidate experience.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, design fast, structured interview processes, map markets, and partner closely with founders.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with direct sourcing, market mapping and proactive outreach.
• Proven track record hiring for Tech & Product roles (engineering, product, design).
• Excellent English skills; French is a plus but not required.

• Source and headhunt passive candidates for Tech & Product roles and beyond.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from calibration with hiring managers to offer.
• Design and run structured, fast interview processes reflecting Spiko's pace and standards.
