Job summary

TEKsystems in Paris is seeking a Talent Delivery Team Lead to guide a pod of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists. This hands-on leadership role combines team management, coaching, recruitment delivery, and stakeholder engagement to drive performance and exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

You will partner with Sales to understand hiring needs, drive recruitment strategies, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Commercial awareness with delivery focus.
Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Passion for developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and development planning sessions.
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support onboarding and development of new recruiters.
Act as a mentor and role model, setting high standards for performance and behaviour.
