Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned recruiter in Paris to lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product teams, while supporting other roles as needed. You will collaborate with founders and hiring managers, design structured interview processes, and drive data-driven hiring strategies in a fast-paced, SaaS environment.

Based in Paris, you will work a hybrid schedule with three days in the office, build robust talent pipelines across channels, and ensure candidate experience and reporting

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Proven record of hiring for tech and product roles.
• Experience recruiting for a SaaS or tech company, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and outbound messaging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation and resilience.
• Structured, data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Genuine interest in providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Strong product understanding and business acumen.
• Ideally, some exposure to international hiring.
• Excellent ability to work in English.
• Based in Paris and happy to work from the office 3 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from search definition through outbound strategy and offer closing.
• Support recruitment for other roles as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake calls, hiring needs, and structured interview processes.
• Create clear, business-relevant interview scorecards.
• Advise on compensation benchmarking and hiring strategy.
• Build and manage a structured talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
• Identify gaps in the hiring process and implement efficient solutions.
• Own talent acquisition metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain ATS data cleanliness and accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
