Sonepar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy for the Headquarters, aligning with business goals to attract and retain key candidates across Digital, Data, IT, Cybersecurity and other corporate functions in an international setting.

The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, driving process improvements, and building strong pipelines across geographies, with a hybrid Paris-based setup (3 days on-site after probation).

• Ability to recruit rare and technical candidates.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hiring across Digital, Data, Engineering, Product, IT, Cybersecurity and other Corporate teams.
• Coordinate recruitment processes with Hiring Managers and leadership; manage pipelines and progress.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Drive operational excellence and improvements in hiring workflows and tools.
