Beamy, a Paris‑based tech company, is seeking a hands‑on Contract Manager to shape our enterprise‑level agreements as we scale post Series B. You will work closely with Sales and the CEO to tighten our legal foundation, streamline processes, and safeguard Beamy’s growth trajectory in the SaaS/tech space.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of tech‑law experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional legal experience, ideally within a Technology company or IT procurement.
• Strong understanding of legal, financial, and operational issues arising from different contractual clauses.
• Fluency in French and English language capabilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with multinational stakeholders (CAC 40 / Global 2000).
• Lead internal contract management with the support of external advisors.
• Drive compliance initiatives including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and ESG alignment.
