Job summary

Beamy, based at STATION F in Paris, seeks a hands-on Contract Manager to lead commercial-legal activities for enterprise SaaS deals. You will work closely with Sales and the CEO, forging agreements with multinational partners and ensuring compliance across GDPR and related frameworks.

This hybrid Paris role offers a pathway to leadership, with a focus on embedding a Business Legal Process and accelerating revenue while managing risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least four years of professional legal experience, ideally in a tech company or IT procurement of a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, SaaS licensing, DPA, GDPR, IP, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and manage stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee risk management and internal contracts oversight.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with multinational counterparties.
