Job summary

Ohmycad is offering a 6-month People & Talent Operations Intern position in Paris. You will support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee experience and internal events, working closely with managers and leadership to gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and People initiatives.

Fluency in French and English is required, with a strong focus on organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s student in HR, Business, Management, Political Sciences or related field.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay proactive.
• Experience in HR, Recruitment, People Operations or Office Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities from sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination.
• Publish and manage job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist onboarding for new team members and prepare onboarding documentation.
• Support offboarding activities and administrative follow-up.
• Organize afterworks, team-building activities and internal events.
• Assist with HR operations, documentation and process improvement initiatives.
