Job summary

Madbox in Paris is seeking an HR Intern for a 6-month internship to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and workplace management at our Paris studio. You will support onboarding/offboarding across France and remotely, assist with performance logistics, HR records, benefits, and campus relations, while collaborating with People & Talent Partners.

• Willingness to learn across HR functions including recruiting, ops and people topics.
• Strong organizational and reliability skills.
• Curiosity to understand how processes work and improve them.
• Comfort with AI tools and quick to adopt new ones.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding across France, Spain, and remote.
• Help run performance review logistics and maintain records.
• Maintain HR records, tools and benefits administration.
• Handle day-to-day employee requests and escalate policy queries.
• Coordinate school/university relationships and recruitment events.
• Support office management and vendor coordination; flag safety issues.
• Contribute to HR initiatives on engagement, well-being and inclusion.
• Identify and build automations for HR steps with AI tooling.
