PAI Partners S.R.L. is seeking an HR Intern to join the Talent & Development team for a 6-month internship starting January 2027.

The role is on-site with teams in Paris and London, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and coordinating training and e-learning. Working closely with the HR Talent & Development Director, you will support intern recruitment, training, and day-to-day HR activities while contributing to HR projects.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Highly organised with proactive mindset.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling HR data.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business or related field.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and ensure applications are complete.
• Maintain recruitment tracking files and tools (ATS) and assist with scheduling.
• Support onboarding and integration of new interns.
• Coordinate training sessions, coaching and e-learning.
• Support HR projects and keep Talent & Development tracking files up to date.
