You will support People Operations, HR admin, and Talent Acquisition, handling contracts, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding while coordinating across France, the US, and distant markets. You’ll own real projects, explore AI automation with Claude, manage the Paris office, plan events, and help grow our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Six months availability, starting September 2026 or January 2027.
• Based in Paris and fluent in English.
• Thorough and reliable – you follow up, details matter to you.
• Autonomous and adaptable, juggling topics without a manual.
• Curious about AI, genuine appetite to learn is a must.

Responsibilities

• HR admin and operations for an international team across France, US, remote Europe, and parts of Asia/Australia.
• Own Paris office logistics: visitors, bookings, assets, compliance records.
• Audit recurring admin processes and build automations with Claude.
• Support Talent Acquisition, employer brand content, and sourcing research for new roles/markets.
