Job summary

PAI PARTNERS SAS in Paris is seeking an HR Intern to join the Talent & Development team. You will support key HR processes including intern recruitment, training, coaching and e-learning while assisting with day-to-day activities and HR projects.

Based in Paris (team also in London), you will work with the Talent & Development Director, maintain HR databases, schedule trainings, and help coordinate onboarding and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling HR information.
• Interest in HR and financial industry, Private Equity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end intern recruitment, including scheduling interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain HR tracking files and assist with trainings, coaching and e-learning.
• Support Talent & Development projects and daily HR activities.
