Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered platform for business planning, is looking for a final-year intern or apprentice to join our in-house Tech Talent Acquisition team. You’ll learn sourcing, engage candidates, and contribute to interviews while helping build pipelines for Engineering and Product roles.

You’ll start by focusing on sourcing with mentorship, with scope to own a campus or employer branding project as you grow and contribute to recruitment improvements and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Final-year internship or apprenticeship as part of your studies.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with comfort in an international environment.
• Interest in recruitment and helping people explore opportunities.
• Curiosity about tech and AI, eager to understand Engineering and Product needs.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage tech talent for Engineering and Product roles.
• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, communities, and sourcing channels.
• Write personalised outreach to spark conversations about Pigment opportunities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and keep data up to date.
• Track response rates and progression to refine approach.
