Joko is seeking a Talent Associate Intern to join our Talent team. This 6-month internship will have you owning sourcing for live roles, screening candidates, and supporting the full recruiting funnel alongside Antoine, our Talent Acquisition Manager, and the broader team.

You will experiment with AI in TA, contribute to employer branding and tooling projects, and gain hands-on experience in modern recruiting within a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Student in a top program seeking a 6-month internship.
• Prior experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or a fast-paced startup is a plus.
• Fluent in French and comfortable working in English day-to-day.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for live roles: identify, map, and reach out to candidates.
• Screen and qualify inbound candidates; provide structured feedback to hiring managers.
• Support the full recruiting funnel: schedule interviews, prep candidates, coordinate debriefs.
• Experiment with AI in TA: test AI tools for sourcing and screening, share findings.
• Contribute to broader Talent projects: employer branding, tooling, or process design.
