Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève, France, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our F&B leadership team. You will supervise culinary staff, oversee inventory, and ensure top quality production in a luxury alpine setting.

We value meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to high activity periods. Fluent in French and English, with rights to work in France, you will contribute to exceptional guest experiences across our resort restaurants.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in a culinary leadership role.
• Ability to operate kitchen computer systems and related software.
• Fluency in French and English; legal right to work in France.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs de Partie, Commis and interns.
• Manage inventory and supervise production at multiple stations.
• Ensure optimal organization, communication and food quality; maintain cost targets.
• Adjust stock orders based on activity and targets.
