Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a culinary leader to supervise the restaurant operations, develop a skilled team, and manage payroll and costs. You will build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires two years of leadership in a culinary setting, proficiency with Lotus Notes and Opéra, and fluent French and English. On-site work in Megève, with a seasonal contract and housing support may be offered.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in culinary leadership.
• Experience with F&B software including Lotus Notes and Opéra.
• Fluency in French and English; legal right to work in France.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant resources to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop and motivate teams with product and domain knowledge.
• Oversee payroll and leave management for the department.
• Handle special guest requests and follow instructions.
