Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève is seeking a Sous Chef to join the Food & Beverage leadership team. You will supervise kitchen stations, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of quality and service for our guests.

The role requires 2–5 years in culinary leadership, strong organizational skills, and fluency in both French and English. A 39-hour seasonal contract is offered with meals, staff housing allowances, and season-end bonuses.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of previous experience in a culinary leadership position.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Must have the legal right to work in France and fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Supervising Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs de Partie, Commis and Intern.
• Manage inventory and supervise production at various workstations and product storage.
• Implement organization and communication to ensure production under optimal conditions (quality, team spirit).
• Adapt the level of stock orders according to activity and food cost targets to meet.
