Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève is seeking a contractor to assist in the preparation, production, and duties of the Culinary Section under the Executive Chef's guidance.

You will support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team, ensure clean workstations, and adhere to health and safety rules while handling merchandise with proper traceability. Fluency in French and English and the right to work in France are required.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in France.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Kitchen experience preferred or relevant hospitality experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparation and production of the culinary section under supervision.
• Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times.
• Respect and follow health and safety rules and wear required safety equipment.
• Unpack, track traceability (labels) and store merchandise properly.
