Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead a talented kitchen team in a luxury alpine setting. You will oversee Sous-Chefs and cooks, ensure quality and speed of order execution, and contribute to menu development.

The role offers a permanent contract, training opportunities, and an employee cafeteria meal per shift, with seasonal benefits and staff discounts on dining and ski passes.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of previous experience in a culinary leadership position.
• The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• You must possess the legal right to work in France and have fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Sous-Chefs, Chefs de Partie and kitchen staff.
• Manage production at the various workstations and ensure timely, quality execution of orders.
• Implement and enforce technical specifications and the culinary spirit of the kitchen.
• Participate in menu development.
