Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève seeks a Sous Chef to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. You will supervise Chefs de Partie and other kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining top quality and service standards.

The role requires the ability to multitask, strong work ethic, and fluency in French and English. A 39-hour seasonal contract is offered with market-competitive conditions and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of previous experience in a culinary leadership position.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Must have legal right to work in France and fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Supervise kitchen staff including Chefs de Partie and line cooks.
• Manage inventory and oversee production at workstations and storage.
• Ensure organization, communication and adherence to quality and cost targets.
• Adjust stock orders according to activity and food cost targets.
