Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Sushiman to supervise and oversee the preparation of sushi and related dishes for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality in a luxury mountain setting.

This seasonal 39-hour contract requires previous hospitality experience and fluency in French and English; on-site work in Megève includes meals, staff housing options, and a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-class dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous similar working experience.
• Fluency in French and English; legal right to work in France.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees.
• Carry out and ensure the set-up of the section under supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
• Manage production and product storage.
• Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.
• Role entails adapting to high activity and client relationships.
