You will manage staff, monitor budgets and labor costs, and build lasting relationships with guests and suppliers. The role includes staff housing considerations, seasonal contract, and opportunities to contribute to a world-class dining experience.

Formación

• Two years of culinary leadership experience.
• Ability to operate F&B computer systems (Lotus Notes, Opera, Word, Excel).
• Must have legal right to work in France and fluent in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise materials and staff for smooth restaurant operations.
• Develop team skills through training and coaching.

• Manage guest special requests and follow instructions.
