Corpay is seeking a Strategist in Paris to drive business development and sales management for Private Markets, closing FX and IR opportunities while guiding the local sales team. You will coach portfolio managers, build a French market client base, and manage a pipeline from first contact to closing, collaborating with UK & European teams.

The role offers training and career progression with a compensation package up to €120,000 gross per year and health benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching – develop the cohort of Portfolio Managers and run sessions.
• Closing – secure new business opportunities for Portfolio Managers and drive wins.
• Develop – support personal development in technical, sales and industry knowledge.
• Nurture – lead the team and maintain momentum across individuals.
• Define and execute a client acquisition strategy for private equity and investment fund clients in France.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across Private Capital Markets from first contact to closing.
• Position Corpay as a key player through direct prospecting, events and strategic partnerships.
