Agicap in Lyon is seeking a capable Manager of a 8–10 SDR team to drive outbound growth for our SF SaaS products. You will lead, coach, and motivate the team, ensuring monthly targets are met while collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success on site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience managing a team of 5–10 in a commercial environment.
• Scale-Up/Fintech SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités
