Agicap in Lyon is seeking an Outbound SDR Team Manager to lead a team of 8–10 SDRs on site. You will drive performance, coach the team in B2B SaaS sales, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on leadership, development, and achieving monthly pipeline and revenue targets. You will report to the Head of SDR and help shape a positive culture, implement action plans, and participate in recruitment to sustain growth

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of significant experience managing a team of 5–10 people
• Experience in a Scale-Up environment, preferably Fintech SaaS
• Strong analytical ability to identify prospect types and optimize processes

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of 8–10 SDRs and foster a positive culture
• Organize daily, weekly and monthly performance reviews and ensure collaboration with other teams
• Build strong relationships with Customer Success to improve client experience
• Monitor and achieve individual and team objectives (MRR and pipeline) monthly
• Align SDR sourcing objectives with French revenue goals and create improvement plans
• Train and coach the team on B2B SaaS sales and financial concepts
• Participate in recruitment to grow the team and support retention
