Jobtailor is seeking a senior HRBP to partner with Operations leaders across our Paris-based teams. You will design, advise on organizational design, hiring strategies, and people budgets to support divisional growth.

In this role you will balance hands-on execution with strategic partnering, lead calibration and compensation cycles, ensure labor-law compliance, and collaborate with country HR and centers of excellence to drive data-driven people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner.
• Experience in Tech, Product, or Operations divisions.
• Experience in fast-growing scale-ups, Tech/SaaS, or international matrix orgs.
• Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Deep mastery of labor law, organizational design, change management, and people management.
• Pragmatic and data-informed mindset.
• Balance operational execution (60%) and strategic partnering (40%).

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations leaders to develop and implement HR policies.
• Advise on organizational design, hiring, and people budget management.
• Help managers drive ownership on team challenges.
• Act as trusted advisor aligned with HRD on strategic people topics.
• Deploy performance calibration, compensation cycles, internal mobility, and exit interviews.
• Promote career path frameworks.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with local labor laws in complex employee relations.
• Collaborate with Country HR and Centers of Excellence across geographies.
• Analyze attrition, compensation, and role-card reports to guide decisions.
• Control headcount and budgets to retain talent and scale divisions.
