Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks a strategic Head of International HR Operations to lead a multicultural team and align global HR programs with local realities. You will drive policy implementation, governance, safeguarding, risk management and data integrity while partnering with senior leaders to shape international HR strategy.

This role reports to the HR Director and oversees audits, budgets and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in human resources, management or related field.
• 7–10 years in HR, with international/humanitarian experience.
• Experience in generalist HR management and multicultural teams.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into concrete operational actions.
• Strong change management and cross-functional project leadership.
• Fluent French and English; Spanish or Arabic an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Define direction, priorities and objectives of International HR Operations.
• Lead a team of six HR advisors; organize activities and budget.
• Ensure HR policies are applied across international missions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement adjustments.
• Advise managers and HR teams on organizational matters.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, audits, and accountability mechanisms.
• Ensure data reliability and security of HR information.
• Represent the unit in committees and projects.
